Jacqui Lambie is an Australian politician who served as a Senator for Tasmania from 2014 to 2017. She originally entered politics as a member of the Palmer United Party, but later resigned from the party and sat as an independent senator. Lambie is known for her outspoken and sometimes controversial views on a range of issues, including veterans' affairs, national security, and immigration. She has also been an advocate for greater support for Tasmanian industries and communities. In 2019, Lambie was re-elected to the Senate as a member of the Jacqui Lambie Network party.
